Vara trecută am testat deodorantul natural marca Ben&Anna. L-am primit cadou și am fost tare încântată de când l-am văzut pentru că: era in recipient de carton, compostabil și fără pic de plastic. Și, în plus, mirosea și super bine. Eu am primit varianta Indian Mandarine. Puteți găsi aici varianta respectivă și ingredientele, toate naturale. Iar aici puteți vedea toată gama lor. Din păcate nu am făcut poze înainte să îl încep și după ce l-am terminat arăta jalnic, săracul, așa că pozele sunt din magazinul online unde îi puteți descoperi toată gama. Pentru mine deo ăsta a avut și părți bune și părți care nu mi s-au potrivit așa bine. Cum ziceam mai sus au primit super puncte de la mine pentru ambalajul din carton reciclat. Deci nu numai că e in carton, dar au folosit și materie primă deja existentă. (Bine, au și o variantă în plastic, dar nu vorbim despre asta, căci nu e cazul). Ingredientele sunt 100% naturale, provenite din agricultură ecologică, cu certificare RSPO (certificare ce înseamnă că uleiul de palmier folosit provine din surse regenerabile, sustenabile), fără aluminiu, fără parabeni. Vegan și netestat pe animale. Varianta pe care am avut-o eu mirosea super bine (uneori nu mai simțeam nevoie să folosesc un parfum), dar natural, nu ca un deodorant de mașină ? cum mi se par că miros unele deodorante din comerț. Mi-a plăcut că îmi lasa pielea fină la atingere, nu m-am iritat deloc. Și a dura mai mult de o lună, chiar și cu multiple aplicări pe zi.

Iar acum să trecem la ce nu a fost chiar ok pentru mine. În primul rând nu prea mi-a făcut față ( I know I am a lot to handle sometimes ?), a trebuit să aplic de mai mult de două ori pe zi. În mod normal cu alte deodorante naturale, aplicam de două ori doar dacă erau căldurile lui Noe. Dar asta nu înseamnă că nu funcționează, ci, mai degrabă, că nu era potrivit pentru mine. Așa cum nici toate deo de pe piață nu se potrivesc oricui. De exemplu nici cu piatra de alăun nu m-am înțeles, dar altor persoane le funcționează de minune. Iar a doua mârâială avută în legătură cu el este faptul că este destul de sfărâmicios. Dar este ceva oarecum normal având în vedere ingredientele naturale combinate cu căldura de afară (l-am testat în vară). Soluția pe care am găsit-o eu este să îmi las subrațul un pic umed după ce mă spăl și să aplic cu mâna, astfel se întindea mai bine se sfărâma mai puțin.

Concluzia? Recomand să îl incercati măcar o dată și vedeți dacă vi se potrivește sau nu. Au și o variantă pentru piele sensibilă; o puteți vedea aici. Iar de găsit se găsește aici, aici și aici. Și dacă l-ați încercat, vă aștept cu feedback. ?️

Last summer I tested the Ben & Anna natural deodorant. It was a gift for my birthday and I was very pleased from the start when I saw it was in a compostable cardboard container and without any bits of plastic. Plus it smelled so good. For me, it had good parts and parts that didn’t fit me so well. As I said above this deo made me very happy from the start because it was in recycled cardboard packaging. So not only is it in cardboard, but they also used existing raw materials. (Well, they also have a plastic version, but we’re not talking about it here). The ingredients are 100% natural, from organic farming, with RSPO certification (certification which means that the palm oil used comes from renewable, sustainable sources), without aluminum, without parabens. Vegan and cruelty free. The version I had smelled super good (sometimes I didn’t feel the need to use a perfume anymore); it truly smelled fruity – fresh, not as a car deodorant ? as some commercial deodorants smell to me . I liked that my skin felt soft after I use it, I didn’t get any rash at all. And it lasted more than a month, even with multiple applications per day.

And now let’s move on to what wasn’t really ok for me. First of all, it didn’t do much for me (I know I am a lot to handle sometimes ?): I had to apply more than twice a day. Normally with other natural deodorants, I applied twice a day when it was scorching hot outside. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work, but rather that it wasn’t the right one for me. For example, I did not get along with the alum stone deodorant either, but for other people it works wonders. And the second thing I was not happy about was that the composition was umm… fragile: it broke into small pieces most of the time. But it is somewhat normal considering the natural ingredients combined with the heat outside (I tested it in summer). The solution I found is to leave my arm pits a bit damp after I wash myself and so it was more easier to apply, it broke less.
